The 2024 Flavin Symposium and will be primarily held within Georgia State University buildings. GSU is located in the heart of Atlanta downtown. Arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) presents travellers all the usual options for transport. The two preferred options are to drive to the downtown or ride the Atlanta light rail system (MARTA). If driving you will follow primarily interstate 85 (15 mins, traffic notwithstanding). If riding the MARTA you can board at the ATL station and travel 21 mins to the Georgia State University station (or a station more proximal to your accommodations) via the red/gold line for just $2.50 US.
